How can I return a product?
We will gladly return or exchange your product within 14 days. The product must be unused and in the same conditions and also in the original packaging. Please email us at info@theproductpot.com and include your order number.
When will I get the refund?
After we received and proofed the returned products it will take around 3-5 days until you get your refund. The refund will be made with the same payment option you used.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
